This Privacy Policy explains how Jelly AI Labs, Inc. (“AskJelly,” “Jelly,” “Get Jelly,” “Jelly AI” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and retains information when you use askjelly.ai, interact with our Instagram bot or related Instagram experience, join our waitlist, or otherwise use our services (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information we process through:

our website at askjelly.ai;
Instagram interactions involving our AskJelly account, including tags, mentions, prompts, and requests directed to the Service;
waitlist and update sign-up forms; and
related communications and operational support.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information or any information you do not want processed through an AI-enabled service.

your Instagram handle, if you interacted with us on Instagram; and/or
the email address you submitted on our website.

We will review and process verified requests in accordance with applicable law and our obligations under platform requirements. We may retain limited information where required by law, for security purposes, to complete transactions you requested, or to protect against fraud or abuse.

If you interact with us through Instagram or another platform, you may also have deletion or privacy options directly through that platform.

10. International Data Transfers

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Where required by applicable law, we will use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers of personal information.

11. Children’s Privacy
